Our firm was born in 1997 out of a collaboration between lawyers Caterina Murgo and Katia Graziani. It assumed its present form, as an association of professionals, in 2001. The founding partners are both enrolled on the Bologna Chamber of Lawyers' register and practise as civil and criminal lawyers, with specific skills in labour, commercial, juvenile and family law. Over the years, the owners have enlarged their firm, engaging young and practising lawyers who work in a team but have individual expertise in the various fields of law.

Today, the presence of a similar team of professionals means the Studio Murgo e Graziani in Bologna can provide legal assistance and advice of literally all kinds. Among our numerous specialisations are compensation for damages (bullying, traffic accidents, breach of contract, etc.), protection of minors, drafting of contracts, and criminal assistance before ordinary, supervisory and juvenile courts.
